WP THEMES PLUGINS WIDGETS

let’s say I’m just writing random blogs about subjects/stories that I want people to be able to see and read, how do I do this so more people visit my page? I know that xanga has “groups” u can join.. but what about these other sites? I want maximum exposure.

If not for free, a low price? What does it take to get a url out onto the web? Also, what happens once you get it? Where do you input information to be able to design it? Informative links much appreciated! Thank you!

I recently started a blog on blogger (blogspot) and I’m finding it difficult to add meta tags, permalinks, post pages. Do Wordpress users have this problem?
