This position is for a non-profit, human services organization to design logos, brochures, wedding materials, websites, etc for other non-profit organizations and our in-house programs. I have narrowed down the position to 2 people and I am having a really hard time deciding between them. One has excellent graphic design skills and creative ideas, but little web design knowledge. The other has the web knowledge and can code HTML and such, but doesn’t have strong and quality graphics. The graphic designer is willing to learn whatever it takes, but I have projects piling up. I would love to hire both, but that is not an option. Who would you recommend? Thanks.
