Tell me, what should be the common and Best Suited hierarchy for a web design Team ?

I am going for an interview tomorrow for a web design job. I have an associates degree in computer science and have all qualifications the employer is seeking. However, I have not had a job in web design before. I do know how to do it though. How much of a salary should I ask for?

I’m 16 I just started an online web design business ( http://pixelcreate.co.uk ). My advertising budget is about £50-£100, what should I do to advertise it?
